Peace is not a situation; Peace is a state of mind. There is no ideal world except the world that we can create inside of us. Cultivating Peace in your own world means, first at all, to make peace with yourself and your past. During our existence we are all looking for love, happiness and inner peace, without really understanding how to find them. The path of love is the path toward peace and spiritual harmony, and therefore they are not things to find, but they are states that are revealed in us and make us better.
In my artwork I am meditating in colors and I am looking to create peaceful spaces full of harmony. Very often my representations are related to the childhood and nature, which, for me, symbolizes the state of a spiritual bliss, without conflicts and without negative charge. My characters immerse the viewer in their serene and colorful world for making them to reflect on the simple questions of our existence: Who are we? Do we remember our childhood dreams? What has become of our childhood dreams?
Taking the time to go back and to revisit our childhood dreams can be one of the most beneficial methods to discover our life bliss and this is actually what my paintings are trying to do.
